My Interests
Hm, interests. Some people might say that they have hobbies or interests to kill time. For me, finding that specific interest that I love reignites the spark in me to continue striving for the little milestones that makes you feel satisfied, makes you feel joy and accomplished, even if there is little to nothing it could bring to help my career. That is my meaning towards interests.
Figure Skating
I started Figure Skating in August 2020 until this very day. Figure Skating have brought me joy ever since the day I started discovering it. It was one of the ways I'm able to relax, enjoy, and take a break of the stressful world.
ā
Figure Skating have taught me that no one is perfect. As falling down is part and parcel of learning in this sport, perseverance and strong will is the way to success. From Figure Skating, I managed to demonstrate strong will to learn and continue growing and trying to accomplish my life goal of being a great figure skater through constant practice and learning new techniques from other skaters and certified teachers, as well as teaching other skaters.
Polymer Clay Craftings
I have always been interested in Arts And Crafts. However, polymer clay captured my attention. I started polymer clay crafting in 2016 with limited supply and tools. In the end of 2020, I finally gathered the courage to start a company called Mini_ature.Ash. It was a rocky start with many business setups, I managed to release my very first official creation of mine, Rainbow Cake Earrings.
ā
What this hobby taught me was patience. Not only the business start-up was difficult, but also the countless hours of creating those clays to 'perfection'.

Piano
I started gaining interest in piano and started learning in 2015. I love music, and I would love to learn more and make my own music, so I decided to learn it just as a side hobby alongside ballet. I have only took grade 1 piano lessons and continued self-learning after grade 3.
Ballet
Whew, I started ballet very long ago when I was 4 years old. Honestly, I was not really interested in ballet. However, after many years, I began to appreciate dancing, continued to the end of the grade, and started the Intermediate level.
ā
One thing ballet have really taught me is confidence. As examinations for ballet are all one by one, having to dance in front of the class alone is necessary. It was really hard to gather up the courage to but, I realised not only in ballet, facing my fears are necessary in life.
Baking
How I love baking;
The idea of creating something from scratch and appetizingly displaying them for your loved ones to enjoy and consume has always been a delight to me.
Airside Operation Games
In correlation to my aspirations, I have been exposed to airside operation games since I could remember and input multiple hours to satisfy my urge to play them. To list some, Microsoft Flight Simulator, Mayday, and Airport Madness 3D. I believe that this have encouraged and guided me through my journey into the aviation industry.
Exploring On Foot
Have you ever wondered how small Singapore is? YES, exactly my thought. My goal with my best friend is to explore the WHOLE Singapore ON FOOT.
ā
So far, this is what we have accomplished so far:
-
North-East line (Punggol Mrt to Sentosa) (32 Kilometers)
-
Harbourfront Mrt to East Coast Park (24 Kilometers)
ā
This have really taught me physical perseverance to continue walking and never give up through rocky roads.

Crocheting
This is my most recent addition to my list of hobbies. There is just something so soothing and satisfying when you are able to get a stitch pattern right and create something beautiful for your loved ones.
