December 2019 – February 2020 (Part-Time)

My first ever part-time and full-time job experience as an Administrative Executive at P&LIN (Singapore) Pte Ltd has allowed me to hone excellent organisational skills, exhibit flexibility and adaptability by working in multiple sections of the company.

  • Displayed attention to detail when producing quotations, delivery orders, tax invoices.

  • Managed company’s finances (e.g. GST, incoming & outcoming invoices).

  • Demonstrated great teamwork and cooperation with colleagues to enhance operational efficiency and flow of orders.

  • Eager to learn, exhibited flexibility and adaptability, and can quickly adapt to a new role and tasks given.

  • Displayed great organization skills when organizing company's invoice folders.

Service Crew,
Gong Cha (Singapore) Pte Ltd 

February 2022 - June 2022

In my second part-time job, I was a service crew in Gong Cha (Singapore) Pte Ltd which taught me how to work in a fast paced environment and cope with customer's need and demands.

  • Displayed adaptiveness to sudden fast-paced environments.

  • Learnt in depth on operation management and worked closely with colleagues to provide the best customer service and solve enquiries.

  • Understood more on Gong Cha's customer profile and communicated with customers from all walks of life.

  • Displayed attention to detail when perfecting proportions to every drink.

  • Improved Multitasking skills by quickly changing between any role or station given.

Changi Youth Ambassador (CYA),
Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd

October 2022 – March 2023

My internship as a Changi Youth Ambassador at Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd has challenged my capabilities to adapt quickly to four different terminals as well as to empathize with passenger's distressing situations.

 

 

  • Displayed creativity and critical thinking when mitigating huge crowds and congestions.

  • Enhanced abilities to adapt fast to the change of pace in airport operations and sudden incidents.

  • Demonstrated great teamwork and cooperation with colleagues and other airport ground staff to have efficient ground operations.

  • Displayed confidence when providing passengers with instructions.

  • Enhanced knowledge on CAG's company, airport ground operations, and airline's passenger profile.

  • Improvement on providing excellent customer service towards passengers and visitors.
